Perhaps The Bard was on to something when he wrote Hamlet. Eckahrt Tolle also talks of not judging situations as being good or bad. Do these two thinkers know something we don’t?
On this Magic Monday, try to just accept things as they are without judging them good or bad. How does that affect your emotions? Does it eliminate some of the emotions you feel when life seems to have handed you lemons?
