Gratitude – revisited. We can never be too grateful for our many fortunes. Today, when you are eating, express gratitude for all that had to happen for you to be enjoying your food at that moment. If you find yourself doing a chore like washing dishes or ironing clothing be grateful that you have dishes to use and wash, clothing to wear and to maintain. Our health is another thing we tend to take for granted until it isn’t there. Be thankful for the health you have today. Gratitude feels so good.
