Gratitude
What a beautiful Monday! For this Magic Monday, let’s experiment with gratitude. See how you feel when you truly feel grateful for all that you have. At the most basic level, many of us live where we have clean running water, power for lights and cooking, and a sanitation system that takes our refuse away. We have so many blessings yet tend to forget about them because they are our normal. Take five minutes to really ponder your blessings, include material objects as well as the people (and pets) in your life. Do it once or twice a day for a week if your feel so inclined. Notice how you feel when you have an attitude of gratitude.
