How To Be Mindful Within Two Minutes
Step One: Find a quiet place by closing your office door, go outside for a “Mind” break, or you can even go to the bathroom. Sit in a comfortable position.
Step Two: Grab you thumb with your opposite hand. Hold onto you thumb until you feel your heartbeat. When you feel your pulse, move to the next finger and hold it until you feel your pulse in that finger. Continue until you find your pulse in all of your fingers on one hand. If you like, repeat with the other hand.
