Some of us experience stress more often that we would like. A quick method to relieve stress it to take several deep breaths. As you breathe in and out notice your body relaxing. As you breathe remind yourself that you have handled challenges like this in the past. This challenge is no exception. You will be able to handle this, too. When you are facing a challenge relaxed, you are better able to find solutions. You got this!!
