What are the ways we keep track? What are we tracking? Somethings people monitor are themselves, others, their money, other’s money, how much they eat, and so on. Today, when you are keeping track, notice if the tracking give you energy or takes energy. It can be liberating to balance your checkbook to know you have money to buy groceries. It can be exhausting to ruminate over the money you want in your bank account. Ask yourself, are you empowered by your tracking? How can you change your focus to feel more empowered?
