Kindness
We could all use some kindness. One of the surest ways to find kind people is to be one yourself. When you interact with others be kind. Feel the love in your heart and share it. People respond to your intention.
When we are treated kindly we rise to the occasion to be our better selves. When we are treated as an inferior being we can get defensive, hurt, and not our best selves. Similar to fight or flight vs grow and prosper. When we feel threatened we prepare to battle. Immediately changing our mindset to an us versus them perspective. We start in on self talk about how to defend ourselves and come out on top. When we approach others with kindness they tend not to be defensive. They are more likely to engage the grow and prosper nervous system making it easier to work together. It is much more of a we perspective. It could even lead to less negative self talk and more presence. Think win-win.
