Intention – Do You Know Yours?
Happy Monday!! Let’s start this glorious week off with an intention. What is it that you want to do, feel, solve, etc. Set an intention to accomplish that goal today, this week, this month, or within the remainder of the year. Decide what you want and act accordingly. Sometimes it is tackling a to do list, sometimes it is to be more patient, whatever it is for you, make it a priority, set your intention and see what happens. Write it down in your journal so you can come back to it and celebrate your accomplishment. You’ll be glad you did.
