In our fast moving, multitasking, life we try to maximize every moment we can. When we move so fast, we tend drown out our inner voice. That voice inside of us that knows. We call it our gut or our heart but it is that place of knowing. Today, see if you can connect to your inner sense of knowing. It is not always a voice but it is unmistakable when you “hear” it. Some folks can find it through meditation, in dreams, being in the moment (or being present), being in nature, or a multitude of different ways. The common element is being still. Be still in your thoughts more so than still in your body. This voice is our guide through life. When we are able to tune into it on a regular basis, we tend to navigate life a little more smoothly. It is the peace and calm that comes with knowing.
